Don Jr posted to his official X account, telling readers to join the Telegram channel to get updates directly from the source.

Fans and followers of the Trump family have been eagerly waiting ever since Eric Trump initially hinted at a crypto and DeFi (decentralised finance) announcement earlier this month.
The Trump family chose “The Defiant Ones” as the name for the channel and it already has over 19,000 subscribers. As of now, there is only one message posted to the channel and it reads, “Welcome to *The DeFiant Ones*—the only official Telegram channel for the Trump DeFi project! We’re thrilled to have you join our growing community. Please be aware that this is the ONLY official channel for our project. Stay vigilant and do not fall for impersonations or scams—our team will never DM you first. Let’s build the future of finance together. Be DeFiant!”

This project is still shrouded in mystery and even following Elon Musk and President Trumps recent spaces talk on X, nobody knows what it will entail. This isn’t the Trump’s first foray into Web3/crypto, with Donald Trump having a collection of NFT cards. The former president is also accepting donations in crypto for his ongoing presidential campaign.
Bitcoin is a hot topic and seen as a key battlefield for Novembers election. Donald Trump has made many pro-crypto comments since the turn of the year. It all culminated with his appearance at the Bitcoin 2024 conference in Nashville, Tennessee.

Kamala Attempting To Build Her Own Pro-Crypto Team: Is It Too Late?
Democrat nominee, Kamala Harris’s is attempting to claw some pro-crypto votes back from Trump.
She recently hired a number of advisors with crypto backgrounds, including a former member of Binance’s global advisory board and a former board member for Ripple Labs.
Former Republican candidate, Vivek Ramaswamy recently spoke to CNBC and said that he believes Harris will embrace Bitcoin due to the need to win pro-crypto votes back from Trump.
